·         Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

·         Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes, samples, and decants cannot be returned or refunded.

·         Return Process: Contact our customer service within the return window to initiate a return. You will receive instructions on how to send the product back.

·         Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

·         Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damaged goods.

·         Damaged or Faulty Products: Please report any damage or defects within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement or refund.
